As long as the PC has Bluetooth I don’t see why it wouldn’t I use mine with my phone at work with no issue.

Not sure about your TV - I paired mine with my office computer - and I had to purchase a "dongle" for the pairing. If you have a TV with USB ports you may need a dongle also. Then you just go through settings like with your iPhone. Which mine is paired to also.
