I bought this after watching a video with Katie Brindle and Trinny and love love the packaging box it comes in, very nice indeed.I do find it a bit heavy to hold and find is a struggle to use on my head and neck (which is where I get a lot of pain). I am hoping with more practice I can get more out of it.
