Nothing is a magic pill but, if you're watching your diet, you want a supplement that A) helps keep your appetite in check, B) assist with boosting your metabolism, and C) boost your energy-- hopefully boosting your activity level!So, I do find this works for all three. I wouldn't "wing it" and wait for results; you won't see any. You have to already have an activity/eating plan in mind and stick to it. But, if you do stick to it, you'll probably see improved results OR have an easier time sticking to your plan.I should also mention, I've been getting great night sleep with these.Recommended. I'm having results I deem to be positive.

Helps with appetite, energy and sleep
I am really impressed with this combo of pills. They help "support" weight loss. As another reviewer mentioned, you still have to do your part. The daytime capsules did help with curbing my appetite. I ate less and got full faster. I also had a little more energy. The night time capsules helped me get a good nights rest, I woke up rested and ready to get my day started. I can't say I've lost a ton of weight, just a pound or two, but that is progress. I didn't put the weight on overnight, so I don't expect to lose it quickly either. This does help in all arena's to losing weight with a diet and exercise plan to go with it.
