Best dumbbell for your buck!!
I love the locking mechanism and just the normal clips and the item isn’t that bad itself. A thing it can really use is shorter lengths on where you put the weight on because when you do a dumbbell bench press you can’t really squeeze your pecs while bringing them together which gets you in an awkward position.

Solid Purchase
They are basically really short versions of a standard barbell which means they will be sturdy enough for any intermediate lifter. You might find certain movements to be cumbersome (like standing supinated curls mostly) but the space saving and precision weight adjustments (with micro plates, not included) more than makes up for it. It came with an extra set of screw-down collars which I can only assume to prevent heavier weights from slipping off the end. If you get strong enough that these become obsolete then you can probably just use that sweet Worlds Strongest Man money to buy a real set of dumbbells later.

Great with a couple of improvements
These dumbbells are great, with only a couple of nitpicks things. First, the length of the sleeves is very long, which is great if you are loading up a ton of weight, but less so for lower weights since you tend to bang them together while doing presses. However that’s more about what you’re using them for, and is great if you want to put 120lbs on them (I have about 70 on them currently). The second issue is that the handle could be wider, they’re not as wide as a standard Olympic barbell. Just looking at them you probably wouldn’t notice, but you can definitely feel the difference when lifting. I’m considering getting sleeves to put on the handles. Everything else about them is great though! And they come with two sets of clamps (spring style and more hardcore threaded collars) which is great!

Exactly what I needed!
As a professional trainer and nutrition coach, I couldn't be happier with these adjustable plate loadable dumbbells. They arrived quickly and are great quality. I can tell they're durable and will last for years. The fact that each dumbbell holds up to 300# is more than I'll ever need, but it's also extremely reassuring. Highly recommend!! The only drawback is if you load up bigger plates, like 45's on them, and perform chest presses as they can be difficult to use in a full range. Otherwise, I love these!

Great dumbbells for Olympic weights
These were exactly what I was looking for. They seem very sturdy and long enough to load quite a few plates on them. I prefer the newer style collars so I don't use the ones included, but I do appreciate that they came with. Overall great product.

Good value.
My boys and I just started lifting. The younger boy found the Olympic barbell too heavy for overhead lifts, so we purchased these to start on. They are a decent weight, come with two sets of two types of clips/locks, and with the 2 inch radius, allow us to use our existing set of weights. No need for a whole set of dumbbells, so we save space as well.

Flaking off bits of chrome all over the place
sure, they hold the weights on sufficiently, but the amount of metal flaking off these is ridiculous despite the fact that I have had the same plates on for a month now. You may want to upgrade to a better brand, like Rogue, but these are not the greatest. Good luck

Good but not great
I really think these are good for the money. However, they make a squeaking sound when you put more weight on them. They can hold a good amount of weight. They are sturdy and them collars hold good. The only negative is the squeaking noise when you do curls.
