It is very good on our kitchen countertop. Suggest to do some practice on another surface before you go on to your main area. Also do some practice on the corner finishing before applying on main area. It is easy to fix and durable. Keep a hairdryer handy for the corner and any edge area finishing as heating makes it easy to fix on such areas. Read the tips in their website for easy fixing.Avoid placing hot plates on it as the material can withstand only 70 degree temperature.

I didn’t like my dark kitchen countertops so decided to make a change. I thought about painting them but didn’t want it so permanent in case I didn’t like it. Bought this paper because of the good reviews and I am glad I did. I love my new countertops, it makes the kitchen so much brighter! Below are some things I learned while installing the paper:1. Get a wallpaper smoothing kit (I got the one which the squeegee has felt on one side which is the side I used the most and it also comes with a x-acto knife2. When measuring, cut about an inch extra (when I cut it a bit too long it would not lay nicely on the edges of the counter)3. Use a blow dryer or heat gun for the corners, it shrinks the paper a little to get a nicer fit and also use it for the air bubbles as it does help4. Once you get to the counter edge, make sure the paper is nice and tight then run the x-acto knife or sharp razor along the bottom edge of the counters to cut off the excess ( I watched a video and the lady said to staple the excess under the counter and I tried that but the paper felt bumpy and didn’t give me the nice smooth tight finish)

This was probably my favorite thing to do in my kitchen. I used it on my ugly counter tops. I didn’t wanna have to replace my counter tops so I figured this would be cheaper and it was and I couldn’t be happier I’ve had this on my counter tops for several months now and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with this product and I’m so in love with how my counters look. Definitely made a huge difference.

i bought 3 rolls of this to redo my kitchen counters. was plenty to cover it all, they all had easy to follow guidelines to cut to size on the back. they stuck to the cleaned counters very well, and yet still pulled up some if you needed to realign or push a bubble out. the markings on them are eye catching yet bright. sharp printing. easy to cut off edges and easy to clean up. no complaints there. HOWEVER. 2 of the 3 rolls had clearly been crushed either in shipment or at amazon. so there were creases and folds. i thought once it was actually stuck down it wouldnt be a visible issue.. but you can clearly tell which rolls were the crushed ones. i did blast a hair dryer on those parts, and it did make it a bit less noticeable (i dont have a heat gun). but that was my only complaint. if anything, make sure if you have a crushed roll, you put that half to the BACK of your counters where things like jars/toaster oven/microwave, will cover the imperfections. if you open your shipment up and see crushed rolls, send them back. dont open them and try like i did hah. if your rolls are perfectly cylindrical, they work wonderfully.

This product was easy to use and really helped to update the space in which I was using it.
