Check size of the batteries.
This are not exactly CR123A batteries, but LR123A. They are slightly longer then standard CR123A and might not fit your device.In title and description it says CR123A, but in bullet points it says LR123A. Make sure you are buying the correct item or you have enough space in your device to install the batteries.I charged the batteries without any issues and multimeter showed 3.6-3.7V.Unfortunately couldn't check how long they last. Just didn't fit my ATN Shot Trak HD Action Gun Camera

Worth the Money
These bargain batteries work fine. Don't know about the charge/discharge cycle yet or hw many times I can recharge before thy fail, but I'm satisfied for now.
