Sunvivi is a top notch company and their customer service is the best. I had used this roasting pan for several things this summer for canning with great success.Absolutely love it, it heats up fast and I love the blue color. The price was great and it worked beautifully Unfortunately the insert had gotten ruined because a plastic liner turkey bag was used during Thanksgiving creating a plastic turkey that will be talked about for years to come which then melted plastic to the sides of the insert. I contacted the company and they offered to replace it with all the correct information given. You can’t beat that for great service. Thank you Sunvivi I will recommend you to others. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars 🤗

I am impressed with this roaster. It did an exceptional job cooking my 24 pound turkey and I still had room leftover. I replaced my old roaster with this one because the insert comes out making it much easier to clean unlike my old one piece roaster. I highly recommend this roaster and it is reasonably priced too.

This electric roaster is generous in size. You actually could put a turkey in it. You can also use it for hot pasta dishes, soups, vegetables, roasts...pretty much anything. You a use it to cook or to reheat and hold warm. It has plenty of latitude on the temperature dial. It heats fast. We made spaghetti and meatballs for its debut with us, and fed about 40 people.

It cooks a Turkey much faster than you might expect, maybe an hour sooner. I've used it 3 times now and am very impressed. Since it is very moist inside the roaster oven I still have to finish the bird in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes to crisp the skin. The best part about having this is freeing up the oven for everything else. Second best is that there is plenty of drippings/liquid if you need that for other things like gravy.

Precise temperature control: Heats to and maintains the set temperature, with a keep-warm function that works. Large capacity: It can accommodate a 23 lb turkey with extra space left. Ease of use: Simple to operate and provides extra cooking space outside the main oven. It can be plugged in elsewhere outside the kitchen on a table providing extra counter space. The primary drawback is its size, which makes cleaning difficult: Too large for a dishwasher or standard kitchen sink for both the pan and the lid. Cleaning the roaster wouldn't be a problem to wash in standard open / undivided kitchen sinks. Washing with warm soapy water cleans it. Cook time: It maintains the set temperature. The cooking was seamless. It's a matter of Using the cooking guidelines that came with the turkey, then forgetting it until the timer alerts. The self asking worked and the bird was juicy.

Used it for my 20 lbs stuffed turkey. This was my first time using it. I will say my turkey came out great. It’s was very easy to use and clean up afterwards. The only cons. It does get extremely hot to the touch. There was a slight smell while it cooked and it cooked faster than a conventional oven. Definitely will do another turkey and other things in it.

Bought two of these for a chili/soup cook-off and they worked perfectly! I plan to use them for cooking on Thanksgiving! Only complaint was the thin coating/paint. One of them was accidentally dropped (not a long distance either) and it chipped off on the corner.
