How do I determine the expiration date?

On the product you can see the expiration date

What's the expiration date of the product? Does it require refrigeration?

The syringes I have now were made in March 2022 and expire in June 2024. They do not have to me refrigerated.

How many times should each tube fill my trays?

Don't know to be honest but would advise, a very small droplet in each cavity is sufficient. When pressed against the tooth it spreads to cover the entire tooth. Hope this helps.
