Check sizing
Was after some cheap lycra shorts for daily exercise as I was sick of constantly washing the two pairs of Skins I have. These fit the bill in price and are well made. My only issue is the sizing. I bought a UK Medium but they are too big... they size up larger than other medium sports kit I have. My recommendation would be to go down a size if you buy these; otherwise they are good for what they are

Good vaule
They are good value for money, they fit well enough and feel comfortable on short runs, not really sure I'd be comfortable doing anything more than 10k or so in them, but for the price you can't really go wrong. I'd definitely buy again.
