Love this thing.. this is my second.. well worth the money

I have had several brands of face brushes over the years. I love how they keep my face clean of black heads and looking bright. The brush on this one feels great. After I bought mine my daughter & daughter-in-law purchased one too. My daughter has acne due to facemask that she has to wear at work. The brush has help reduce her acne. All three of us are happy.

Disappointed because I want to buy another spin brush, but it doesn't seem to be available. It's getting worn out

I wanted to like this because the bristles are charcoal and it has a spinning head, which lots of brands are moving away from these days. The brush head came smashed for one, I guess it was stacked underneath something heavy......? Anyway, I put in the batteries and turned it on. It didn't sound promising on the lower speed, so I opted for the higher speed (there's only TWO speeds btw). I wet the brush and applied my cleanser and so it began...😒 The high speed is way too high. It flung my cleanser all over the wall and mirror in my bathroom as well as myself. 😠The lower speed is too low, to the point where if you press to hard against your face it stops. The price point is way too high for this mediocre facial brush. I am not amazed and will be sending it back ASAP! The pictures are of my shirt after I used it to clean my face. Then as you can see, the bristles hold on to the cleanser way down at the base. I used hot🔥 water several times to get it out and all it did was foam it back up. I had to take a Qtip and go down in there and clean it out. This is a disaster in the making for mold!
