The tilt control hardware was an almost perfect match for the originals on my J.C. Penney 1" wood blinds. The directions are complete. Just be sure to move the metal rod as little as possible to keep your strings on the plastic rollers. I replaced two blind mechanisms and had the blinds back up in less than 30 minutes.

Worked great at first. Our blinds must be heavy because, after a while it did not open as easily. Lifting up on to the middle string of the blinds helps with opening the blinds.

Watched a video on how to fix my blinds and found these to fix my blinds. Took me about 5 minutes per blind after just watching one video. These were a life saver and my blinds open and close just like new. I upgraded all my blinds with these. It’s so nice to twist that rod and it work so smoothly.

Said it would work for my blinds and it does, but wasn’t the right size. We made adjustments to make it work.

This worked well to fix my blind. I had to make a slight modification because of the type of blind that I had, but it saved me from having to throw out an otherwise perfect blind. I’m not usually the home repair type, but was able to do this with relative ease.

Weak enclosure broke on first use. I tried to replace the twist mechanism on my old blinds and these were even worse than the original. Don't waste your time and money!

Someone will use these. I could not. They seemed well made. The problem is me not the product.

The mechanism was easy to install. I'm happy with my purchase.
