Does this come with the necessary cables to connect to a computer?

No it doesn’t. But it needs a USB-C

Can I record directly onto my computer?

Yes, though, the drawback of recording to computer is that it combines all four channels into one when you do that. If you record to the SD card, it records each channel separately.

When i plugged everything, i started hearing buzzing sound through the headphones. how can i remove the buzzing noise?

Your connection or check settings on sound in your head phones of background.
