Talking bio cultures can help with your mental health as well as supporting your digestion and boosting your immune system, I have been taking them for while now and can attest to their benefits.However, This supplement doesn’t have a high CFU with only 3 billion and I’m struggling to see how many strains it contains.Research suggests that for it to be a good probiotic it should have in excess of 10 billion CFU and at least 5 different strains per dose, from research I’d worry about this vitamins potency.I would class this as more of a multivitamin rather then a bio cultures; if you already take bio cultures supplement you won’t want to switch to this one with a lower dosage but maybe it’s a great starting point for someone to dip their toes into taking cultures as well as getting your daily quota on a lot of other vital vitamins and minerals.As with taking any new vitamin or supplement I will need to wait between one month to 2 months for it to get into my system and do it’s magic so consistency is required to get the most out of them.There aren’t the easiest to swallow, they are on the big side and dry. I got one slightly lodged on my first try so I have been cutting them up small every since.No aftertaste either.So far I have experienced no adverse side effects from taking these pills.Overall I like the content up until the low CPU count, the product seems a bit pricy to not be a higher potency.

A good diverse range of the right bio cultures in our gut impacts our overall health much more than most people realise and topping up our intake of good bio cultures is also one of the easiest ways to improve our health and boost out immunity system.This particular probiotic tablet has 16 active ingredients including biotic cultures, vitamins B2, B3, B12, C, D3, zinc, folate, selenium, biotin & ginger extract as well as 3 billion live bacteria for the gut, within a controlled release tablet.That said the stated dose of live bacteria while it may sound a lot it is actually weaker than most other brands and is only made up for a standard dose of common multivitamins which when you look at the ingredients this is really more of a vitamin supplement.I’ve taken these for a month now and have not noticed any difference to speak of in my health though I have no issues to speak of and am in good health anyway. To really see the benefits as with most supplements you really need to take them for a number of months to see the benefits. This very much the case for biotin to see the benefit in your skin and hair.All in a good all round complex supplement but not the strongest out there and for to expensive compared to other options out there.

The media could not be loaded.  I recently got acquainted with the products of the GOLD COLLAGEN brand.I also currently testing some.Their product range is also characterized by premium collagen liquid-based products and various tablet-based collagen products and vitamin preparations.The brand’s communication is trying to pick up this premium line..The product now being tested is a bioculture tablet with minerals and vitamins..The tablet size is slightly larger than average.Sometimes it was a little trouble for me to swallow.I consumed the contents of the entire box.I cannot report a change that I could associate with this product.The vitamins and minerals in the description are also contained in a product that is available on the market and costs slightly less.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

There's actually not very much in this! You've got your standard vitamins that you could find in a cheap multivitamin, along with some added "for show" extras like ginger, black pepper and NADG. There's only 3 strains of bacteria in this. There's many offerings on Amazon which are both cheaper, last longer, and better probiotics.The Bio Cultures Complex 45 Billion CFU for example, has 30 servings, just like this product, for under £10. Except that product has 15 different strains of bacteria. Yes, it doesn't have the added cheap vitamins and gimmicks, but you're paying for a probiotic.I think the pill is coated in the black pepper as it's quite tangy when you put it in your mouth - It needs to go down with water quite quickly.At £22.20, I honestly cannot recommend this product as there are much better options out there.

I must say I am pretty happy with this supplement.I am a female over 40, with some signs of ageing that we all experience.( Large pores, wrinkles, ageing skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.) It's not severe yet, but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen supplements.After I started taking collagen, my skin, which is normally dry and scaly, started to look more hydrated. My nails grow faster and now I maintained an elegant length and my joints seem to heal a little better after hard workouts. I noticed that even my hair grow faster. This is a great product, I'm really satisfied.
