New VR10 Remote for M260VA M320VA M220VA M190VA E190VA E220VA E260VA E261V

This remote looks brand new. It appears to be original OEM remote. The first one I received took me awhile to get working. Theres a process you go through if it doesnt "pair" with the TV right away. It worked for a day then quit. I sent it back and Amazon replaced it quickly. They are amazing to work with on Returns. Unfortunately, the second one worked for 2 weeks and failed. I several times pulled batteries, pressed all the buttons, unplugged the TV, scratched my head, rubbed my belly, waved a magic wand, and it still will not work again. Not sure what I'm, going to do. Replacing a worn out remote should not be this hard. Maybe go direct to Vizio?

The original that came with the tv needed replaced because the buttons stopped working . The new one seems to work good at first , then I noticed that it needs more and more pushes on all the buttons just like the old one . After just 3 or 4 weeks it requires multipal pushes to operate . I have tried to push the number buttons to select my channels and several times it turns the tv screen black and shuts off the tv . I wouldn`t reccomend it for anyone unless they leave it laying around as a decoration ornament . This remote has turned me against any product that has the name vizio .

Seems like the remote was dragged on the bottom over a rough surface, the plastic bag it was in was worn through in those locations. The bubble wrap envelope it came in was not damaged, so the scrapes on the bottom of the remote happened before it was put in the envelope. Seems to work fine, time will tell how long it lasts as compared with the original that came with the TV.

We are very happy with this remote control. Good value for the money. The remote control is a little thin on the upper end.

This remote will not allow me to get to the menu items and run channel scans for my vizio M320NV. I went elsewhere for a replacement remote.
