Best Smokey Joe yet
This is a big improvement over the original Smokey Joe. The heat is more evenly distributed. The carry handle is a nice addition too.

Can't live without it.
Nice little BBQ. Don't leave home without it when we go camping. Use it for cooking meals and it reduces your firewood consumption as firewood is expensive at camp grounds. Clean and easy to transport in your vehicle. This size works good for two person meals (eg. meat, 2 potatoes, 2 corn on the cob) as any more than that it gets a little tight fitting everything on to cook. I use the large Weber Rapid Fire chimney charcoal starter (1/2 full) with this BBQ. No lighter fluid is req'd just a few scraps of newspaper gets charcoal going beautifully in 15 minuites. Charcoal briquets work best I have found in my experience. I have used this little BBQ also as a fire bowl on Christmas Eve. Just remove the top cooking grill and it works just dandy!

Excelente asador a un precio imbatible
Es mi primer asador en la vida y es el tamaño perfecto para mis necesidades (vivo sólo).Pensé que iba a ser más difícil prender carbón, pero fue súper fácil en este asador. Lo único es que la parrilla quedó muy pegada después de cocinar un rato sobre él y no se si se deba a que no hice un tipo de "curado" como comentan algunas personas que se debe hacer con un asador nuevo.También hice la prueba de cerrar la tapa para ver si se "ahogaba" el carbón y no tuve ese problema, quedó tapado por 15-20 min y el carbón seguía prendido. Es una herramienta súper útil y más porque lo conseguí por 80 USD. Sólo usé 1 kg de carbón y teniendo en cuenta que es bastante accesible en mi localidad, me parece una excelente opción para cocinar.Está claro que necesito más experiencia en el tema de los asadores, pero si eres un amateur, mi opinión podría serte muy útil.Altamente recomendado.

Easy to use, even for this generation Jones gal
I haven't used a charcoal Weber grill in 40 years. I went with the smaller portable Smokey Joe premium grill. Just as easy as it used to be as a young adult. The print instructions are quite small. Even so, it was fairly simple for this generation Jones gal to assemble.
