BEWARE Missing songs 1-4 really are songs 5-8. Bonus songs 7-11(instead of 12-15).11 tracks total.
Ordered this CD in Sept 2020 and I was really looking forward to it-- I didn't really care about the remixes I just wanted the main album and it was missing the first 4 songs (1. Dynamite 2. Sweetest, Sweetest 3. Tell me I'm not dreaming (too good to be true) and 4. Escape from the plant of the ant men). The disc is suppose to have 15 songs but only had 11. Basically the CD songs are digitally incorrectly listed so when I popped it in to play it song 1 said it was Dynamite but it was actually song 5. When the rain begins to fall then track 2 was actually song 6 come to me(one way or another) and song 3 was actually 7 Do what you do then 4 was song 8 take good care of my heart and then song 5 was 9 some things are private, 6 was 10 oh mother and then came the remixes 7 was 11 sweetest sweetest remix, 8 was 12 come to me remix, 9 was 13 do what you do remix, 10 was 14 dynamite remix and 11 was 15 when the rain begins to fall remix. So if you don't care about the original songs or not having any version of "Tell me I'm not dreaming (too good to be true)" with brother Michael and "Escape from the plant of the ant men)" with brothers Tito and Randy and you don't care the other songs that are missing are available as remixes only then this is the CD for you. However it is not the CD for me as I wanted to listen to the original as I did back in the 80's. I would have given it 5 stars if the whole album was on the disk but am knocking off 2 stars because it is incomplete. If it had been missing the remixes only instead of 4 of the original songs I would have kept it, but it doesn't, so I am returning it with disappointment.

LOOKING BACK: When Jermaine went BOOM!
Jermaine did his thing here! He had a bunch of dance tracks, three slower tracks and one of those was dedicated to Katherine, one ridiculous track (ESCAPE FROM THE PLANET OF THE ANT MEN), which I DIDN'T want to like, but began to warm to, and you had Jermaine in his element. His voice is just as memorable as ever, and the best part was his duets. Whitney Houston, Pia Zadora & brother Michael broke the musical bank for me...Couldn't get enough! Jermaine was THAT ONE that broke from the mold to do what he wanted to with music, and with his years recording and releasing, he did just that, and with this release, he did just that AND more!

Great Album!
One of the best albums of the 1980s. Cannot grow tired listening to it. Jermaine is talented, and love his collaborations with his brothers Michael and Randy, along with Pia Zadora, and Whitney Houston. Brings back fond memories,

Dynamite!!!
This is a must have for Jermaine and Jacksons fans. Full of great songs including the song that wasn't originally on an album, When The Rain Begins To Fall with Pia Zadora.

Semi hard to find expanded cd from Jermaine Jackson. A mega fav, Do What You Do is on this cd, and so it the longer version which is totally rare. A great musical gem!

Jermaine
Jermaine was always in the shadow of his young brother Michael but that doesn't mean that he was lesser.Jermaine never made a impact like his brother altough there are a lot of good albums from jermaine and he helped some bands on the way and gor some help on the way this his Dynamite album is one of the most recognizable albums maybey because of the overall "pop" sound of beqause his dueth with pia zadorra caught a little attention a renewed interest in the album and got more songs from the album released like the smooth : sweetest, sweetest and Do what you do and there is off qause a dueth with michael : tell me i'm not dreaming the push for Whitney her first album with : take good care of my heart and there is escape from the planet of the antman I'm still trying to see the video clip wich should be something like the wild boys from duran duran but more "sci'fi"

Pure Dynamite!
I bought the original album back in the 80's, so to finally get it on CD was great. Highlight for me is the duet with Michael Jackson 'Tell me I'm not Dreaming', which unfortunately never got released as a single. This for me is Jermaine Jacksons strongest album as 'Do what you do' did well in the chart over here in England.Recommended.

I have always liked the Jacksons and their music
I have always liked the Jacksons and their music, personally I preferred Jermaine's vocals above the other members of the band. Including Michael.
