I have been using this product on and off for years. It tastes decent and really helps me with relaxing to go to sleep, muscle cramps and restless leg. Definitely worth a try!

believe the hype! I have insomnia, in the sense that its very hard for me to fall asleep, but I can sleep all night and its even hard for me to wake up in the morning. I take this product on days when I catch myself struggling a little to fall asleep at night, and it helps calm me enough to allow myself to rest. On days I have taken it, its worked within minutes and really helps me rest and have a good nights' deep sleep. The trick is to take it right before bed, and not entertain yourself with anything else after (I think it might be a placebo effect, not sure, but it works!) The product itself wont make you sleepy, it calms/ "um-stresses" you when you can't "shut off your brain" or are feeling anxious. I have taken it during the day, and even gave it to a "mother of the bride" once on the day of the wedding- and like magic, it just calms you down! As for the side effects; I didn't experience any. Many have said it "helped" with constipation and most blamed this on the amount they started taking. I used the entire pouch since day one, but have never had more than one in a day. I cant speak to the health benefits either because I haven't taken it consistently enough- but my husband and his family swear by magnesium supplements. Finally, I bought the Raspberry-lemon flavor, and its quite good, but I like that sort of fake citric flavor taste.

This stuff was suggested to me by my dietician because regular magnesium supplements give me lots of digestive distress. My doctor wanted me to try magnesium, and I was totally game. I bought the supplements (a pill) she suggested, and that night I took one. In the morning, when I woke up and made my morning stop at the bathroom (I'm a regular gal what can I say ;), i noticed my stool was a bit loose. Nothing major...i could handle it. Nbd, right? That night I took another magnesium tablet. I woke up in the middle of the night with violent diarrhea. My stools were loose for the next day after as well. I stopped taking the tablets and things went back to normal within a day or two. I shared this with my dietician and I said "I AM NOT TAKING MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS". Of course she laughed, said she totally understood and that it's a common complaint. And then suggested this saying many of her patients have had luck with it. I bought it, and low and behold- LUCK! It doesn't give me the stomach trouble I get from taking tablets, it truly does give me a sense of calm, and the taste is Great! It dissolves nicely in water and is easy to drink. I will never go back to magnesium tablets again!

I have been using this brand for years before I go to bed. Hopefully it helps me sleep, calm and unwind. The small packets are great for travel, as opposed to carrying around the large container. I did find these little packets inconsistent in terms of tearing them open. Sometimes it was easy, other times it wasn't and I used scissors. These are definitely worse value for the money than buying the larger 16 ounce containers, so I don't use these on a regular basis. But for travel, they're perfect.

I just had to leave a review of this product. When I tell you I suffer from SEVERE insomnia you have no idea! Nothing and I mean nothing even prescriptions would not work! A friend suggested this to me and I tried it out. WOW! finally I can sleep. There is a calming effect that kinda shut down the racing mind I have at night. I stress all the time even when I try not too. I was extremely pleased to find it on Amazon for such a great price. If I can sleep anyone can! I don't like very over powering flavors so the taste is perfect for me. I like it WARM! The packs are very convenient so I can carry them with me any where. I haven't had any side effects if there are any.
