It is easy to apply, just squeeze out a couple of drops on your hands and then mix it over your palms and fingers and wait 30 seconds and it looks like you have a thorough covering of chalk on your hands. It made it much easier to hold onto bars and other grip implements. It washes off afterwards easily.
