GREAT TASTE, DELIGHTFUL AROMA
BIgelow Constant Comment Tea helped me to transition from coffee to black tea. While both coffee and black teas contain caffeine, the caffeine in tea acts differently in the body than it does in coffee. The reason behind this is that black teas have additional ingredients that calm one's nerves yet at the same time provide an energy lift through the caffeine. Coffee, on the other hand, does not contain these calming ingredients, but instead causes a jiggery feeling to the nervous system. Also, the energy lift obtained from coffee drops suddenly shortly after consuming, whereas the energy lift in tea lasts longer and then drops very slowly. Caffeinated teas also contain health benefits not found in coffee according to some doctors and nutritionists. However, making the transition from coffee to tea, based on these factors, was not easy for me. The reason for this was that I Ioved the taste of coffee and disliked the taste of black teas - that is until I tried BIgelow's Constant Comment. This was a tea that I actually liked the taste of and still enjoy its flavor and aroma and drink it often. Today, having transitioned from coffee to tea, I am a tea connoisseur of all black teas. But, further transitioning did not occur until I learned to select and brew black tea after the fashion of the British. HOW one brews their tea, therefore, is just as important as selecting a good quality tea. Following are some of the things that I learned from them: 1. Start with a good quality tea. Choose organic teas whenever possible. Tea and coffee plants are among the most heavily sprayed crops. And, brewing such teas releases the poisons directly into your cup of tea - not good. Nevertheless, I still drink tea that is not organic from time to time; however, I do limit the amount that I drink. 2. Choose a cup made of glass or ceramic. Metal cups and styrofoam cups can negatively effect the taste of tea or coffee. 3. Choose a cup that does not have stains or scratches. Bacteria can breed in dirty or damaged cups. This is not only unhealthy but can affect the taste of tea. 4. Black teas should be brewed in boiling water in order to bring out the full flavor of the tea. 5. Never use tap water or distilled water. Chlorine from tap water will give tea a bad taste and distilled water lacks oxygen and will cause the tea to taste flat. 6. Never use reboiled water. Reboiling removes too much oxygen from the water; only boil enough water for one serving per cup. 7. Let the tea steep in the cup for a full 5 minutes. This will give the tea a rich, full bodied flavor and will release all of the nutrients of the black tea. How strong or weak you make your tea should not determined by how long you steep your tea; instead, this should be controlled by how much water you pour into your cup. 8. Never brew your cup of tea for more than five minutes. Over brewing will cause your tea to become bitter. 9. Dipping the tea bag several times before removing the tea bag helps release the full flavor of the tea. However, squeezing the tea bag releases additional tannins into the tea causing the tea to taste bitter. So, enjoy your cup of BIgelow Constant Comment tea brewed and served in the style of the British

Great tea at a great value!
My favorite tea with just the right amount of spice and taste. Great brand. But you already know that or you wouldnβt be in the market for 6 boxes. Important notes: No staple on the tag for worry free microwaving/reheating. This came with 6 boxes of 20 teabags and each teabag inside each box is individually sealed, so they will stay fresh! I am set for a long time at a great price! And despite what this teaβs name suggests, I am still able to end my comment here. ;-)

SEASONAL CRANBERRY TEA and IT IS LOVELY and REFRESHING.
This beautiful Cranberry Tea is ruby red in color & seasonal. It is tiny bit sweet, soothing, smells wonderful, light & refreshing. It tastes of Cranberries & relaxation. I have not tried it cold. I love it hot! I have friend who loves Cranberry juices & in other ways so I bought her a bundle of boxes of it for Xmas gift. She just loves Cranberries! This tea is very enjoyable & bright red color is delightful. An added bonus of Cranberries & it is wonderful @ cleaning out human body chemistry. Cranberry juice is medically reecommended for certain lower organs in the renal system. Check with Dr. 1st if this is an issue, but it does clear out a lot of unwanted health issues in lower body areas. The tastee of this tea is vibrnant but not bitter nor sharp in any way. It's really nice & no caffeine (I think?) and it's just lovely on a cold, rainy day with a book & some nice mild cookies. Just a great product. This (red) Cranberry tea will stain (clothing, towels, etc) since it's red in color.

Amazing tea that stays fragrant even after two refills
I absolutely love the Bigelow chai tea bags for my afternoon pick-me-up. The directions say to take the bag out after a few minutes but I leave it in my cup then go for 2 more refills. I love the chai aroma and the tea tastes amazing with barista type oat milk. The first sip just brings a sense of calmness and you feel ready to finish the remainder of the work for the day. The flavor might be milder after the first two cups but you can definitely still taste it in your subsequent cups. Thanks Bigelow for an amazing product!

This tea tastes fantastic: just a tad tart, lots of flavor.

Strong bold taste
Nice bold taste, but unfortunately, there's not much bergamot. Pretty strong tea. If you like strong tea, this one is for you.

I really enjoy this tea
The flavor is rich and classic, perfect for a traditional English teatime. The tea bags brew consistently well, and the caffeine level is just right for a nice pick-me-up. Buying the pack of 6 was very convenient, giving me plenty of supply. Definitely a great choice for black tea lovers.

Great Flavor AND Great Aroma!!!
I have used these tea bags for years, because they are the best on the market for the taste, aroma and value (number of bags for the price). The flavor and the aroma of BOTH the black tea AND the vanilla come through very well.
