This pet door is of highest quality. The double flap is more like four flaps in one. It definitely keeps the weather out. When training my cats to use it, I simply removed one of the flaps to make it easier to use.

I like the double door flaps to keep insulation. Easy to install.

I measured my window according to the instructions, and purchased the shorter one.. but it was 5" too short. If I went to the taller one, I wasn't sure if I could fit it in the window. The door is huge for the small size. Taller then wider. If you have let's that are used to a single flap, the double will take some practice. It's heavier than a single. It comes with a window lock, but it's not universal. Doesn't fit my window. Overall it's ok. Overpriced for not being able to easily install and fit correctly.

Very good quality, but it arrived damaged so I returned it. My only complaint is the price - it's so much more expensive than similar products for vertical windows and sliding doors and there's no good reason why. Every brand seems to be consistent in that, not just this one. When I had to return it for being damaged I decided to go ahead and try a DIY solution first.

This window is amazing!!! Our 3 yo miniature schnauzer can fit through the door well! It keeps our office nice and insulated, and it is very well built.... might I add that it was like the easiest installation ever?! We love it!

Overall decent and pretty nifty. Durable, stays closed on windy days and does a good job at keeping heat in on cold days. Only minor criticism is that I wish the flap cover was the same color as the door.
