Excellent condition and value
Packaging could be improved. The computer was loose inside the box.The product was clean from inside out. Comes with a Brand new keyboard, mouse and wall plug.Mine has not intel vPro, but it comes with a Sata cage which is a plus, because not all of the mini pc comes with that.Includes windows 10 license upgradable to windows 11. I am not even going to use it, cause it goes to my homelab.The product is the one in the top, that comes with usb-c port.

Pésimo !!!
El producto llegó sin protección para la CPU, al sacarlo de la caja se desprendió su tapa frontal dejando ver un tornillo, luego retire su tapa para saber si tenía algo suelto y no tiene la base para el disco SATA.Llego con un usb atascado en uno de sus puertos lo cual lo deja inservible, toda su cubierta tiene un vinilo para disimular golpes y arañazos.Pésima compra me dejé guiar por sus buenos comentarios y creo que seleccionaron su peor producto para enviar.Realmente decepcionado, no lo recomiendo sus condiciones no son aceptables para un certificado de Microsoft.

Inexpensive update for desktop.
An inexpensive way to update your desktop. Excellent for basic work .. word processing, spread sheets, email, web browsing. I have purchased a number of these units. I have not had any major issues with them. In 3 years I have replaced 1 cooling fan and 1 power supply. Both repairs were inexpensive and easy to do.

No sata cable or bay for the drive no wifi the sata bay cost 40$ on ebay the wifi is 20$

Great product for the price
Very satisfied! Check closely to see if it is Wi-Fi ready. Some are and some are not. My computer did not, but plugged into my router and now it is the fastest computer in the house. I upgraded my computer on the cheap, but that voids the warranty. Sh! Don’t tell!

VGA Port Doesn't Work, Filthy Keyboard & Mouse.
VGA port didn't work. Keyboard and mouse were filthy and it would have been better to not have even include one. This is the second unit I ordered and both were a disappointment.

Es impredecible con los renewed
El producto viene presentable para ser renovado, el tema es que de 2 que pedi uno lo tuve que devolver, la antena Wifi dejo de funcionar y se calentaba sin llevar a cabo un proceso. Sin embargo puedes hacer la devolución y efectuar un cambio. Todo bien, volvería a comprar.

FALTAN ACCESORIOS
El producto es tal cual se describe esta en buenas condiciones y no maltratado. Pero no me mandaron el eliminador o adaptador de corriente. Por lo que no lo pude usar hasta encontrar uno compatible, además no mandaron teclado ni mouse como se indica en la publicación. No tiene Bluetooth y si tiene WiFi integrado anuque mandaron un WiFi externo. Funciona muy bien es muy rápida para tareas cotidianas y trabajos no tan exigentes. Funciona bien varios juegos simples y la reproducción 4k es muy fluida.

encuentro dificil emitir una opinion sincera, espontanea en amazon, eso seria mi opinion, pero mientras sigan vendiendo excelentes productos como este que me vendieron, yo seguire comprandoles, gracias
