No.But the second TV can only watch shows on the satellite TV 1 is watching. In other words if tv 1 is watching a show on 119 then tv 2 can watch any Channel that comes from 119.

How much os the service

We use Dish and you can pay for what you use.

Is it possible to keep it indoor near window? I live in tower.

It is not designed for indoor operation. It needs to be outside with a clear line of sight to the satellites to be able to function.

What's the difference between this and the white pl 8000 dual receiver

The only difference is the color, he PL-8000 is white, the PL-8035 is black.
