Working reasonably so far, and/but...
As one or more reviewers of this device had posted here, this shower sprayer wall-mount bracket doesn't hold up the weight of that many sprayer wands too well on its own. HOWEVER, I found a way to resolve that minor but annoying problem by removing the pivot and adding small but crucial amounts of Krazy Glue to those plastic bracket insert spacers that came with it. THIS did the job for my setup (at least so far), wouldn't ya know?!Now, this bracket is slightly different than what you all see in the sample photos. My sprayer holder/mount has a nylon insert for securing the sprayer's hose cap when not being used, which keeps it from getting marred or scratched while in use. I DID have to remove my hose cap's O-ring in order for the tapered cap to fit into the bracket, though. Not a big deal or problem for me, due to the fact that removing that O-ring didn't cause any leaking from that joint. It was mainly used for fancy garnish, at least from my perspective.AND, as you can see, my bracket came with silver-finished caps for the mounting screws - in order to make the device and setup look even more elegant. The mounting screws came with special nylon washers, designed to fit snugly inside these caps - making them fairly difficult to remove without a pair of pliers. That said, I'm good to go with my setup.I've included photos below to illustrate my setup here. I also enjoy the convenience of having my loofah sponges hung closer to where I am leaning back in my tub, so I won't have to reach for them at the faucet valves. Sorry for my slightly fuzzy image on the right as well. My phone's camera just isn't all that good sometimes, especially not in bad indoor lighting conditions - unless the flash is used. And that second hose you see here is used for something else very private, which I WON'T discuss openly here.CRUCIAL UPDATE for those of you whom also use this bracket! I have found the absolute BEST solution for that slipping problem everyone here seems to be writing about, regarding that easily-loosening pivot point on the wand holder. Check out THIS simple and low-cost solution, folks! What I've chosen to do for mine (and believe me, THIS WORKS) is to replace the stock M5 bolt with a slightly longer one (1/8-inch to 1/4-inch longer), screw it into place, and then cap it off with a washer and suitable nut or nylon-insert nut to cover the exposed screw threads. This not only does the job in keeping the shower head stable and from pivoting too much or suddenly coming too loose, but now it also looks like a professionally-done job. In fact, the longer M5-thread bolt I chose also provides better grip all by itself, since it goes all the way through the mechanism and sticks out about 5/16-inches from the opposite side. But because of the 5/16-inches of exposed threads, I chose to make it look 'finished' by adding a washer and nut. I highly recommend this specific repair method to the rest of you who read this. You can even drop me a line here in response, if you wish. This concludes my review for this product.

Eh, could be better
Every shower head has a tapered fitting. This mount is cheap, so they did not bevel it to accept a tapered fitting. The result is the shower head only goes halfway in and falls out at will. Easy enough to fix but why should i have to???

Very good
This product worked great. We only had 1 issue where the screw holding the middle holder doesn’t tighten enough to lock into a position. But we found the position we liked and decided to glue it in that position. Product came with 2 screws and 2 plastic drywall screws was all metal. Would buy again.

Hanging in there!
This item was as advertised and worked perfect for my application!

It's ok, but could be better.
The screws were soft and stripped easily, and the weight from my small sized shower head kept dropping it down. The screw through the adjustable part would not tighten to hold better at the angle I needed, so the shower head would slowly fall after every readjustment.

Does it's job
Works great. Shower fits perfectly. The adjustable holder stays where i put it and doesnt move with shower on. I use this with it https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M62AM8F/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0

Such a wonderful design and idea
Such a wonderful design and idea, only it doesn't stay in one place. The shower stream slowly ends up hitting the floor.
