The media could not be loaded.  It’s only been 2 days since I started using but I have already got issue with charging and battery. As you can see in the pic, charging socket gets extremely hot that I melts the rubber and the even the metal part of that charger. Got smoke and electric spark (you can hear from the video) when charging.Can I ask for a replacement? (Only had return options so I’m asking here)

I love this scooter. I have a chronic illness and I am using this to get too and from work as walking hurts and exhausts me by the time I get there. It went well up a rather steep slope and the battery life is great.The seller is absolutely fantastic, i had a problem with starting the scooter (my fault, not theirs) and they did everything they could to help including sending videos to help me. I cannot fault them at all.I am going to be keeping an eye on them and if they do a scooter with a seat I will definately get it

This scooter is fantastic! I bought this for my nephew (age 7) and he loves it. It's also suitable for an adult as you can adjust the height of the handle bar. To start the motor you must move the scooter with your leg for a few seconds which is very good to prevent any accidents if the button is not ment to be pressed. It's easy to fold and store under the bed, and the battery seems to last quite a while.

I love having this thing in the house. Whether you own a car or not, it's handy to have as another form of transport. It goes a good enough speed, it's surprisingly light, and it's simply much better than walking. And you're allowed to go on the pavement as well! So you can scoot past cyclists, who are actually legally meant to stay on the road. You also get good customer service with Megawheels. As I was given all the help I needed, when I was contacting someone named Julia, who works for them. She was very helpful, and responded quickly to all my questions. But yea, I'm really enjoying my wee scooter :) and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Description stated max weight 68-90kg , but manual states 68kg max. I’m 75kg, I might be exceeding its max. It’s too slow to replace cycling at my weight. Otherwise quite fun. My daughter goes faster on it.

Waited 6 months before reviewing as I wanted to see how well it lasted. Unfortunately it is not robust and is now broken. Initially the red tail light fell off and I contacted the company within the warranty period for a replacement and they didn't answer. Now the spring metal clip that holds the central handle bars in place has broken off, meaning that it can only be ridden in the lowest position.Best avoided and although it's cheapish, it definitely is worth spending a little more and getting a better brand.

It has arrived early for my daughters Christmass present which is great. However having 2 right handed grips means she will not be able to ride on it Christmass morning.The grips are screw on grips and if anyone can find them to buy anywhere please let me know as I have been trying all day just so my daughter can use her scooter on Christmass day. The handles came in separate bags both labelled R (for right grip) so I have emailed the manufacturer and searched for this one part online with no joy
