Q: Is it safe to keep the water on all day? Won't it damage the hose?

I have left mine on all day and haven’t had any problems but I did purchase an RV drinking water hose that is supposed to be extra strong and also lead-free and bpa-free.

Q: Can i connect this to a refrigerator connection or washing machine connection for indoor use?

I’d only hook it up indoors if it was in a room with a floor drain. Otherwise, you’re eventually asking for trouble.

Q: why is the shipping wait so long??

We waited forever for ours to come and it came with a hole in it!! Now we are returning it and have to wait some more:(

Q: mine leaks at the hose connection profusely! I have a new potable hose, a new washer, Teflon plumbers tape and a silicone waterproof tape. It leaks

Mine is leaking where it goes into the bowl. The float just spins. If you hold the float , the connections at the bowl don’t move or tighten. I haven’t had it a year yet.
