DELSEY PARISAlexis 3-Piece Lightweight Luggage Set Hardside Spinner Suitcase with TSA Lock (21"/25"/29")

I love how well it's made. Light weight & the wheels are very smooth & nimble. Will say the Customer Service dept for Delsey is less than helpful if you forget the passcode to the lock. You won't be able to get it open unless you buy the TSA Key that they have here available on Amazon. I bought the TSA key & it opens the locks BUT it WILL NOT RESET THE CODES. You must find a capable Luggage Repairman to reset it (good luck finding one. It was sheer luck I had one in the neighborhood. Only charged me $20 to fiddle with it overnight). SO buyer beware with the lock. Keep the code committed to memory or a note pad on phone etc. You can lock it back with the physical key & forgo the code altogether. Where there's a will, there's a way. But customer service pretty much told me 'good luck & if you need us to send you a new lock, we can after you fill out a form". But that's an extra fee with the Luggage Repairman to do that too. Just use the key to get in & out of the bag. If you have a bad memory, just buy the TSA Key. But do it softly & carefully. The keys are thin.

Luggage was received in good order - would like to order the larger sizes - 25” and 29” but these never seem to go on sale - and the Amazon combo deals are either 21”/25”, 21”/29” or 21”/25”/29” but no option for 25”/29”. If the 25”/29” combo was offered, would purchase it in a flash

These are great. I travel a lot, and I have had no problems, and the carry on (that I put a heavy backpack on) has never tipped over once. And I love the "fire" look-- it is unique and easy to find.

This is second set of 2 suitcases we buy from Delsey brand, issue is that both have broken second wheels. Will contact them to see if they guaranttee the suitcases.

I bought 2 Delsey luggages size 29” this year, first travel, one of the wheels broke off making the suitcase very difficult to move around.Second travel, one of the suitcases had its zipper blown off. If i hadn’t had a sleeve covering the suitcases, my belongings would have blown everywhere. The other suitcase now has a crack on the side.Both suitcases were covered in a protective sleeve and were packed 5 lbs below the limit and yet both have shown signs of significant damage. I question the authenticity of these Delsey suitcases as there is no way a brand with such a good reputation could have made such poor quality suitcase.
