This headset is comfortable, but I seem to get a few people tell me that they can't hear me very well. Now I don't know if it's the headset or them. When my supervisor listens to my calls he said he hears me good. I would like for the headset itself to have a volume dial, but it doesn't.

Perfect if you work from home and use a phone a lot

the sound in the headset was not always clear, it was hard to understand people talking sometimes. I had to revert to hand held from time to time.
