Great for the money
These have worked out really well. We just got finished using them for a full snowmobile season. They eat pretty well so you have to have a pretty thick gauge RCA cord for them to work correctly. Make sure you’re using an appropriate cord. I do appreciate the drop down sunscreen now that the light is out again, we bought two of these one for myself and one for my wife. They saved her head from a concussion when she crashed a snowmobile. The modular design is really convenient and I end up using it a lot. It makes it a lot easier to walk into a building or a store without freaking people out and not having to take your helmet off and carry it around.

Cheaply designed, assembled, and shipped. Not worth the extra cash.
The media could not be loaded. Received it a couple days earlier, but it's a big disappointment. The box inside the shipping box was damaged. There are scuffs on a couple places. The extra pads are missing, and the sun visor is defective. Looking closer it's obvious this is a cheap helmet! I'm replacing a 10 year old modular IV2 ($69), and this feels and looks cheaper. The visor and chin guard move with a clunky feeling. The chin guard only locks full up or down, and feels like it'll break when putting it down. The breath guard mounts are cheap hard plastic, plus it looks like it'll just hold your breath in the helmet. I don't see how it'll vent out. The liner is not nearly as plush as the picture made it look (more like course polyester). Plus I didn't receive the additional pads to adjust the helmet (L+)... it needs them! It has some poor designs too. The front vent is right where you'd lift the visor. So you end up hitting that first, or last when closing. The vents are loose, and sloppy feeling. I expect they'd be noisy in the wind. I was really hoping this would be a step up from my old cheap modular. Unfortunately it's just a cheaper made, more expensive model. I doubt I could get more then a season or two before it falls apart. I didn't try the heated visor. It does have speaker/mic pockets, and notches for glasses.

A waste of money
Poor quality. The worst helmet I ever use.

Don’t buy
I bought this helmet last December. We didn’t get any snow until more then 30 days. Heated shield never worked and Amazon wouldn’t do anything and Vega just blew me off, ketp telling me they’d send a new shield but never did. Amazon didn’t do anything either.
