EVF Electronic Viewfinder

I was worried about the screen resolution based on the only other review on Amazon and I was only able to find 2 YouTube reviews and it seemed everyone was critical of the screen, saying that you could “see the pixels” or the resolution was too low… so I plugged it in asap when I got it this morning. I am happy to report that the screen is great. It’s not OLED, and of course it could be a little finer, but it will 100% work and show you a great image that you can use for focus and to evaluate exposure without worrying about ambient light.If my opinion changes when I use it I’ll update this review. At this point, this is the best and most cost effective option for anyone who does not have a RED camera (the Portkeys OLED EVF for about $1300 only works with a couple of RED cameras). Buy with confidence, this is a great, and seemingly solid product that even has the bonus Wi-Fi monitoring option!Update a couple of days later: I've played around with it a bit at home and it works great. I have the Nucleus-M grips on my shoulder rig and I'm able to track focus much more confidently than with any monitor. The WiFi monitoring has a VERY slight delay but also works great. I may update again once I've used it on a shoot, but for now... buy with confidence is my take.

Meh.. I needed a EVF but this is pretty disappointing. The resolution is sub par, clarity mediocre. It’s less than the zacuto but for $1000 i shouldn’t be able to see pixels
