Still trying this out...but so far so good... and it has a great taste.... I would suggest putting little more water in if you don't like the strong flavor.

I can't lie the taste & the smell of this stuff is terrible I don't care what you do to it it's nasty....... If you can get pass the taste it might work I don't know it does give you energy the next day

I did not have any weight loss after the first week. I am two days into the second week. If there's no weight loss after the second week, I will return it for a refund. The taste is horrible but I have been able to tolerate it. I hope it works, but so far I am disappointed.
