Super Fun Intermediate Model
Super fun intermediate level model! Goes together quick, and works great with my Spektrum NX8+ transmitter. Recommend putting stickers on the bottom of the wing first before attaching them to the fuselage. Fun, aerobatic, and does pretty good as a slope soarer as well. Definitely not a beginner model but good intermediate flyer. I also recommend using the flaperon setting on your remote to slow it down for landings.

Versatile plane. Excellent.
Easy to assemble. Just a few screws and some tape. I used some white duct tape on the elevator because the supplied tape didn't give me much confidence. Plane has a split personality. With a smaller and lighter battery it glides pretty well and is relaxing. With a 4S battery it is fast and will go vertical forever. Plane needs to be hand launched. If you are landing in grass, no problem Hard surfaces will be a bit tough on the plane when you skid to a stop. You'll need a lot of space to land unless you are good at scrubbing off speed. Plane wants to glide a long way before setting down. Plane is pretty nose heavy with larger batteries but it wasn't a problem. You get some basic battery and other information from the plane if you have a compatible transmitter. Plane bound to my DX8 transmitter no proble, This probably should not be your 1st plane. Be a bit careful to stay away from the prop while hand launching...not really a problem since the big wings make you keep the plane away from your body. I have an Aeroscout, Air Tractor and this Conscendo. Conscendo might be my favorite and it's a forgiving flyer especially with SAFE on. Flew in 15 mph winds today no problem.

great flying plane
Fly like champ, very capable of mild, easy learning to fly vibes, but will all be one of the most acrobatic planes at this size and price. I love, probably will buy another before the tariffs affect the prices! Just be aware ladys and gents, this plane is big make sure you have a safe place to store it!

Fast, efficient, fun
I have 6 planes and this is my favorite. It goes as fast as 80mph and as slow as 15mph, handles well and stays aloft for 15 minutes on my typical flights. It isn't the best glider as far as staying aloft with thermals, but is a good compromise between a glider and sport flyer. I swapped the receiver to get altimeter data and if I were to buy it again, Id get the PNP and a AR637T+.

easy build, sturdy construction
great value buying this as a returned item from Amazon - i feared it would be a crashed return but everything was perfect in box. takes about 20 minutes to build and i was able to bind to a standard Spektrum DSX transmitter quite easily. it is a solid and quite imposing rc plane and the motor/prop creates serious thrust with a 3S 2200 battery. It is my first upgrade from trainer war bird by Volantrex and i'm excited to fly it on next calm day.

Weak, unbalanced structure, needs tons of time for improvements
I bought this plane 7 months ago. Since that time I was forced to invest over $200 and around 50 hours of my time to repair, fix issues and improve the plane. God bless, I used to build my own planes, so I was able to resolve issues. But I'm pretty sure it's not the end of my "adventures" with this plane. First of all, there is no chance to fly it without the gyro! If you are Spectrum fan, you have a chance to use the advantages of AS3X. But if you (like me) are a Futaba fan, you will need to buy an additional gyro module, because the planner aerodynamics is not so good to fly without any hardware auto-correction. Second, the planner structure has several serious issues. The main one: wings are not properly located in the horizontal plane to the fuselage. The right wing is lower than the left one (check the photo with rod attached to the fuselage). Initially, I thought it's just my plane issue, but after the first couple of crashes, when the fuselage got broken so hard that it would be easier just to replace it with a new one, I found the same issue in the brand new fuselage and new wings - absolutely the same issue! Solution: to use a couple of nylon washers on the right side to lift the wing angle. But the crevice appears under the wing, plus, it's adding a structural weakness at the wing mounting. Next issue: the fuselage is too soft. It's literally chattering during the flight, like a fish tale, also leading to the wings vibration, especially at the higher speed. Some friend of mine even said that his old Conscendo S fuselage was even softer, and he stopped using it because of this. So it looks like this is the common issue of the whole series of these planes. Solution: to add carbon rode inside (which is not fixing the issue) or to harden it externally with carbon fiber (what is adding the weight). Fourth, there is a very tiny space inside the fuselage. As a Futaba fan, I was forced to buy an additional gyro module breaking my mind to find the space where I could install it there. Fifth, as others said in their comments, there are no hinges in ailerons, elevators, or the rudder. They simply placed a sticky tape over the foam. As a result, it will be broken and torn after a couple of months of active use. Sixth, the servos they use are cheap junk with plastic gears. Even the motor shaft's gear is plastic-made. Even the cheapest 9g servos from my reserve have copper gear. As a result, all original servos got out in a couple of weeks. So why did I put 3 stars instead of one? Just because it looks good and can fly fast enough ... after tons of improvements. But for the price I paid in total, I could get a much much better plane.

An excellent plane but the rudder and elevator push rods are stuck to the tubes.
A very nice plane. There're small(?) problems though. The rudder and elevator push rods are stuck to the tubes and I had to fix them. The servos for them were not glued and they moved a bit. I used hot glue and adhesive tape to fix. There's a YouTube video and RCGroup discussions on these.

Tons of power, smooth easy to fly
Awesome glider, extremely powerful but easy to handle. Setup is easy and it can be broken down easily by just removing 4 screws. The glider soars and just wants to stay up.. It can take-off vertical but needs a long runway to land. It will run on 3s or 4s. This would be an amazing first glider for someone with some experience and exciting for anyone. This thing is fast.
