Best Magnesium on the Market.
This is the perfect Magnesium Glycinate for me & all should use this brand because it meets all the qualifications in magnesium. The most important thing I learned as that we're supposed to take it on an empty stomach in order to get the whole benefits of it. If we don't do it, it's a waste of the magnesium.

It works.
I ordered this to improve my deep sleep which was only 10-20 mins after 7.5 hours of sleep. After taking it for one week the REM sleep improved significantly from 20-30 mins to 70-80 minutes but there is slight improvement in Deep sleep as it is fluctuating in between 30-40 minutes as my target is atleast 20% of total sleep but there are other factors as well that need to be addressed. In short it is working and I recommend this.
