Q: Does this create full strength juice from fruit, or is water/steam that is created from the bottom chamber join with the fruit juices? thanks

I run Aunt Alice Canning club. We teach people how to use these and other products as we as how to take the juice and can it or make jellies with it. 1 the will make the best juice or jellies that you will ever had. 2 dont waste the byproduct the left over fruit. take it add a little juice back and then put in a blender then can the results. The children in our jellies class call it butter and its very very good. ( cook like a jam) hope that this helps you
