Regret purchasing. They drain all the time. Sound quality is ok, but as with most of these in-expensive hearing aids they amplify everything not just the voices.

These were very easy to use and did the job.

They actually fall out of my ears the first time I turn my head... As it turns out I have ears that are hard to fit for this type of hearing aid. The company contacted me and gave me a full refund. Very very happy with this, great service on this problem they didn't need to do that...Very good service and gladly recommend the company,service is great.

The right hearing aid went out

The audio was ok but they are so bulky they did not fit my ear, kept falling out. Very uncomfortable.

Sadly, all I could hear was static in both ears. Not at all a hearing enhancement. I followed the instructions and re read them a couple of times to figure out how to get rid of the static. No luck.

These earbuds fit great in my dad's ears but his hearing is so bad we couldn't get it quite right for him to hear very well. I am 60 and put them in my ears and I could hear really well.

I had this hearing aid and it died on me five days after it's posted return date (30) it worked great and with no warning it died and it will not charge....as of now April 13, 2021 I am waiting for a response from the company or provider .... I am hoping that I get a replacement or repair this device
