Super Cute & Easy!
This multiple-size pattern was exactly what I needed! I made matching Christmas aprons for my daughter and 2 little granddaughters. I’m an experienced seamstress & found this to be very easy. I think even someone new to sewing would be successful as long as the directions are followed. Because I plan on making more of these, I did trace the pattern onto a non-woven material to preserve the paper pieces.

So Many Sizes in one Pattern, easy to sew!
I chose this pattern because I was making aprons for a very small child and a pre-teen. This pattern has 3 women sizes, 3 girl sizes, and a doll size. You can't beat that. The pattern was fairly easy to follow- it was new to me that Kwik Sew uses 1/4" seam allowance- that's different, but as long as you read the directions, things work out. I also changed the way this is sewn to make it reversable, basically making 2 aprons and sewing them together vs. having a facing, just to make it look more finished.I'd recommend this pattern based upon its versatility in sizes alone. The aprons are also very cute, so I've made more than I intended to make.

Cute apron pattern!
This pattern makes a very cute apron. The flounce and angled pocket add a cute touch as well. Pattern directions were easy to follow. I did the neck tie as one piece to slip over my head rather than tie it on the back of my neck, but that is personal preference. It is a multi-size pattern so I copied 2 sizes, making one for myself and the other as a birthday gift for a friend. I was very happy with the pattern and directions.

Not so Kwik sew!
Oh my goodness!! This is called Kwik Sew, but it has never taken me longer to make three aprons on my life, and one was for a small child !!!I kept having to take it apart. Admittedly twice it was my mistake, but the rest of the time the pattern was way off. The neck ties came out on the side for one thing and the ruffles looked nothing like the picture. Thankfully I'm not a first time sewer so I could deal with it, but my heart goes out to a beginner who tries to tackle this as a first time project. In the end mine were a hit, but there were a lot of not so polite words uttered for several days.
