Good Flavor and Fiber
Grapenut Flakes is a great cereal to get the fiber needed for "daily activities". Simple in flavor, and good to add fruit

Terrific tasting cereal, cheaper than in supermarket
Not always easy to find this product in supermarket. In fact, during covid it was nowhere! When it came back finally, it’s cost is several dollars more per box in the stores than at Amazon. I’ve bought from Amazon several times; the box arrives un-crushed and the cereal is fresh. I’ll buy again. GNF is delicious — try it!

Good source of magnesium and tastes good!
Like both the crunchy and flakes. Husband prefers flakes. Good source of magnesium is why we eat it!

Nutritious cereal
I like this cereal but it does get a little soggy in milk if you let it sit too long. Good nutrition though.

LOVE the flavor. No sugar need even though they are not sweetened. My fav.
Grape Nuts Flakes are my favorite cereal and I order it through Amazon because they are hard to find. I think I finally found them in Giant. (Think because I forget which store it was I finally found them in.)
