Comedy set in the late 70s, when roller skating to soul tunes and disco was a way of life for teen skater Xavier (Bow Wow) and his pals. But when their local rink closes, X and his crew must pull together as a team to try and win big money at a rival rink's Roller Jam skate off.

I am a roller skater so anything to do with it i always love, this is a coming of age teenage film. The skating is great, have pinched a few moves out of it. The film its self is ok if you like love story happy ending type of thing. But the bottom line is....if you are a skater you have to have this. :)

Entertained the children
This film is funny and kept the boys still throughout. I believe they have watched it 5 times already.Imagine "You Got Served" based in the seventies and roller skates with a few more laughs.So if you are looking for something for all the family to enjoy then this your film.

Good film
This is a good film. Entertaining family fun!Captures the 70's brilliantly and the rollerskating tricks are amazing!A big thumbs up from me! ( And my 4 year old who absolutely loves this film!)
