Bit Rocky
These came with a lot of dust on them, seemed like concrete or something similar? After they had been washed thoroughly, my dog unfortunately took them out the water bowl and tried to chew them. They broke into smaller bits so they had to get binned off

My female dog would burn the grass pretty bad, numerous products including biscuits
I know what you are thinking, some rocks in a bag, why would these help me get rid of the burn spots my dogs leave behind? Well, I cannot tell you how these work but I can tell you that these DO work. My female dog would burn the grass pretty bad, numerous products including biscuits, chews, tabs, etc etc did not seem to stop or help the situation at all. Bought these, my husband look at me like I was insane, he said 'honey you just paid almost $20 for a bag with three rocks in it........" while looking at me like I have lost my ever loving mind. Well needless to say he is now a believer and no longer questions my rock purchases ;-) While these are not 100% for us, my dogs do not solely eat dry food and I cannot keep them from filling up on sprinkler water while outdoors, it has drastically reduced the burn marks on the lawn from the dog urine, I would say by 90%. Also should note that these will not work overnight!!!!!!!!!!!!! To get a true sense of if they are working you need about 6 weeks or so to see the difference. That is generally the time requirement for all products related to reducing urine burn, nothing is instant Side note: I do not put these in my dogs bowls, they HATE them in there. They will stare at the bowl and bark at it until I remove them. I keep them in a pitcher filled with water and refill their bowls as necessary

It works!
Bought this product to try and repair my grass. 2 french bulldogs have destroyed it and thought it would never come back to life again. But the rocks really work. I’ve had to reseed a few areas because it was overly damaged but every patch has now vanished and no more burn marks. Highly recommended

They work-But you need to use a container
Well, we have tried probably 4 different, highly rated options to battle the killing of the grass. Finally a product that works! My tips which I build off of others that shared in reviews: buy 2 gallon sized containers. Put the rocks in the containers with water (not the dog’s dish). Get enough rocks to measure correctly (very important) and keep both containers filled and rotating. As you fill the dogs dish up, refill that container, but then use the container that had been sitting for a bit next. That way you are using water that has been ‘treated’ for enough time each time you pour water into the dish. I believe this is why these don’t work for some people. They put the rocks in the dish, put new water on top of them, not giving it any time to sit with the rocks. And I have a cat that occasionally will drink from the dog’s dish-no issue.
