Perfect fit
Easy installation and great price. Material is sturdy and just flexible enough that it won't crack if struck. The flat black finish matches other black trim on bottom of the ES 350. I was able to drill two holes into the vinyl schroud of the wheel well with out removing the tires. No drilling necessary for the front installation. The whole job took 45 minutes.

Look nice, matches black trim in rear and really not too noticeable as they blend in with tires. Pretty straightforward bolt on using existing bolts. Did not want to drill holes in sheet metal for the rear so I drilled through the plastic fender liner and used one (each) long stainless steel bolt with a locking nut. Painted bolt head black. Took about an hour to install.
