I expected a well designed Kindle cover and keyboard - flawlessly made from top quality materials. I already had a similar case/keyboard from another source; that one would also earn my 5 star rating. But this one is just that little bit more attractive. I like the varied grain in the leather. The tongue that holds the case together is wider with a loop closure instead of a magnetised snap on the other one. The integral stand that allows the Kindle to stay upright works well. When I needed cases for more Kindle (for gifts and for me), this is the one I chose. They are currently available in red, purple and black; more colours please: navy blue, a dark forest green, grey, brown and an off white would be wonderfuland should sell well. Thank you for an excellent product at a more than reasonable price.

I really like to have my Kindle and a keyboard all in one case. I love the quality of the case but I do have a few comments:1. Make sure your Kindle has enough battery charge before using it with this keyboard in the case. The way the case is designed, if your battery is low on your Kindle, you can't plug the charger into your Kindle AND use it while it is in this case. The keyboard doesn't come out of the case, so, you're out of luck. The Kindle's charging slot is where the case bends when it's in the case so you can't have it plugged into the charger and using it while in this case (unlike a regular Kindle case that has a slot cut out of it to allow charging and use at the same time.2. A positive point is that if your Kindle is charged enough but your keyboard needs more juice, you can use it with the keyboard plugged into the charger because they designed the case to allow that.3. It is not all that easy to use it on your lap. You will; however, find this easier to use with it on a table or desk. The back of the case has a mini stand that pops out and when using it on a table or desk, it is more comfortable. If you have a reclining chair, you can prop your feet up and use it okay but not comfortably while sitting in a car or regular chair.4. The keyboard is small. I like the touch of the keyboard. I still make some mistakes because I'm not used to such a small keyboard; however, it still beats using swype because I'm a fast typist and I prefer keyboards.5. I never had any problem with the keyboard connecting with my Kindle. :)All-In-All --- I don't use this all the time (I thought I would use it more often). I do like having the option of a keyboard for my Kindle when I know I'll be doing a lot of typing. I like having something this small instead of hauling around a notebook computer.It would be nice if they would provide something to provide cushioning between the keyboard and the Kindle when it is closed. I don't like the keyboard touching my Kindle screen when it is closed so I put something soft between them. It would be nice if something was provided or built-in for that.

This is a great case and keyboard. It's well made, very sturdy, but also easy for my 9 year old to use. The keyboard synced with the Kindle immediately and without difficulty. The stand on the back sets the Kindle at a nice angle when its set up with the keyboard on a table. The latch seems very strong and has kept the case closed when it's been tossed in and out of backpacks. My only complaints are the color and the camera cut out. The color in the picture is a rich purple, but the actual color is more of a soft mauve. The camera cutout is too far to the left. My daughter doesn't use the camera, but when she starts, I will have to cut the hole to make it larger.

Overall the product is really cute and the kindle and the keyboard work relatively well but I have had this product for less than 24 hours AND THE KEYBOARD BUTTON HAS BROKEN and the "0" button has fallen off.I am extremely unhappy about this because it broke while I was at uni and now its horribly difficult to make notes. All I did was open the case and now it's broken and I have no clue what to do. I live in NZ which makes it even more difficult to return/replace this product.I had hoped that this product would have been made to higher standard.

I bought this keyboard because it was the only one that functioned with the auto sleep/awake function and the only one offered in purple. It worked perfectly and seemlessly. However, about three weeks after I received it and started using it, three of the keys fell off. Whn I attempted to simply snap them back in place, I discovered that the connector ring was actually broken and the keys could not be re-attached. The Kindle was always kept closed when not in use and always kept in my tote bag. No apparent reason for keys to just suddenly fall off.

This keyboard works well with my Kindle Fire HD. The set-up is easy and fast. It is small and will take some time to get used to, but overall, a good buy.

We got this for my 9 year old daughter to use with her Kindle Fire HD. It was easy to connect the keyboard to the device and it works beautifully. The case offers great protection, as well.

Love the keyboard and case. The only complaint is that the color is not the color purple it shows or I thought I would get. I ordered the same case for my friends Samsung Galaxy and it was a beautiful bright purple. This one is very dull muted purple and I don't love the color but can't do anything about it
