I have used the regular "mist" spray on a few occasions with mixed results. This year, I decided to give the gel a try.I got to my stand about 45 minutes before shooting light and sprayed the gel on a tree about 20 yards away. Within 15 minutes, I had a mature buck standing broadside in front of me, sniffing the tree. So there I sat, watching him in the moonlight. I had better luck a couple of days later when I waited until dawn to spray.I got 5 sits out of one can, which is a little expensive compared to some other products, but I can't complain about the effectiveness.

This scent did not seal the deal for me, but it did bring in several deer. I have not tested it enough to really give it a complete review, but this stuff is great to use. As long as you spray with the wind, you can do it with minimal to no contamination of your hands and clothing. The cap is a little tricky to reseal once deployed, as you must lift it up slightly before it will turn back to the closed position. The stream travels far, and has a strong fresh deer scent to it. It provided me enough sprays for between three and four hunts before the cannister was spent. I will buy it again.

Attracts male deer in rut and smells bad. Works well. What more can I say.
