Carabiner Clip/Rope Tightener, 2-3/4 In.

I use these in the winter to tie down ropes on my winter plant storage greenhouses. (For around 10 years.) I just bought a couple more for this winter to replace a few I lost. I use them to tighten and hold down ropes on tarps that close off the greenhouses. (I will go out after a snow and shovel snow into the greenhouse to add moisture to the plants.) I sometimes use these carabiners when they are covered in snow and ice. Better than knots for me, easy to release. They work well to grip on the rope even if it's slightly icy and stiff from the winter's day. They're an important part of my winter setup.

These things are amazing. They're lightweight but durable and make set up a total breeze. I bought them for my tarp that I set up over my tent so that I can get better airflow instead of using my tent's rainfly. What normally took me about 10 minutes with constant adjustments now takes me less than one minute. Although over the course of a 4 night camping trip I did have to adjust the lines some, mainly because I was drunk and tripped over a couple of the lines at night, they pretty much had the same tautness over the whole 4 days. I would recommend these to anyone and would totally purchase again.

This thing is dope, I know knots but this saves tons of time. Helped me pitch a tarp fast when it started down poring. Good and foolproof solution for tying a ridge-line.

Nifty lil gadget for the gadget pouch and will work good for the 550 parachord for setting up a quike release system i seen by preparedmind 101! So i shall do the same cause it makes things KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID in a good way! i will be ordering more of these in other sizes for my pack!!!

If I were good with knots I wouldn’t need these but.... These are a life saver. Quick and very reliable. I just took down a pop up cabana after three months of winds and none were loose at all.

I’m excited to try this at the lake this summer!

well made and handy I guess, I didn't realize when I ordered this it would be SO small.....Amazon needs to step up and write better descriptions, that's the only reason I rated this as a 3.

Countless camping applications for these little beauties! Simple form and function. Light weight and fast! I use them to hang and tension the ridgeline on my tarp over my hammock. Got a camping line you want to tension? Don't want to spend the time to tie knots? Buy some of these!

Facilita a amarração dispensando nós.
