OrGreenic Flip Jack Pan

I've used mine for a year...love it! Tips for perfect results every time:1. Spray cooking oil on both pans before use. This changed a marginal experience to a great one.2. When flipping it over, lift straight up, flip your wrist quickly in a 180 degree arc while still lifting (uses centrifugal force to keep the food on the lower pan until you have completed the flip), and lay the pan straight down on the burner. This method works EVERY time. No leakage, ever.3. When done, turn the pan back over and slide the food onto your plate with a quick sideways jerk. It just slides onto the plate so sweetly because of the cooking spray. Never sticks this way.No need for a spatula. I've cooked eggs, french toast, toasted cheese sandwiches, and eggs mc muffin many times.

These Pans work great! People have problems because they don't follow directions! Also FYI after seasoning the pan and you go to cook an egg.. turn the heat on medium for a minute or two then turn it up just a smidgen (on our stove we heat at 4 and then go in between 4 and 5 to cook eggs only) crack your egg and LEAVE IT ALONE until the egg whites turn opaque then you can flip it. If you seasoned the pan correctly it won't stick. Also you are only suppose to only wash this pan with very hot water then wipe dry. You do not want to use soap. There is no need for soap. For those who bought this pan and had trouble with a sticky surface after seasoning it just rub more oil on it until it stops sticking then wipe it out and start over and re-season. You need to have oil in the pan when you season. Even a thin coat of oil you will need to see it bead up on the pan. I put the oil in the pan then Lightly wiped it out with a paper towel. I have done both oven and stove top with great results. I hope this helps all you people who have bought the pans and had trouble.

AWFUL! I threw this one away. I have one of the original one and love it. I wanted a second one to take to my condo in the mountains so I bought this. As soon as I took it out of the package I knew it was inferior. The handles didn't even meet but I thought it would work if I just held them tightly together. My original one is very stick free. This one, even when sprayed, made a mess. I don't know what happened but it was a big disappointment to me.

I received this as a Christmas present, and asked for a second for my birthday. Both pans work great for eggs, omelettes, grilled sandwiches, etc. (I'm not much into cooking pancakes one at a time!) I've read all the negative reviews, and can only believe that some people have unrealistic expectations or don't read directions. I seasoned the pans as directed, and use only on medium to low medium heat, with great, non-stick success. They clean easily with just a cloth and a little dish soap. If you notice, there is a top and bottom to the pan. If you start with the bottom down, there is no leak when the pan is turned (check the overlap at the hinge). If you cook with the pan closed, your cooking time is less, and the top is not cold when flipped. I don't know what more one could ask of an inexpensive, limited use pan. It probably wouldn't take much abuse, but if you take care of the pan, it will take care of you.

I cannot say enough good things about this pan! My dad gave me one and I absolutely love it...enough to buy it for other people. I use it for making omelettes and they turn out amazing every time. Its so easy to use, nothing sticks to it and its a breeze to clean up (I sound like an infomercial). I didn't think I could love a pan, this one proved me wrong, haha.

I ordered this, hoping it would be big enough to use for grilled cheese. I don't do pancakes. By golly it is big enough for grilled cheese and will make using this item so much easier to turn it over, not have melted cheese running everywhere. And the price is so good. This will be a great addition to any kitchen and easier for the cook.

I always destroyed every pancake I made as I tried to "peek" to see if it was ready, only to destroy that side in the process....well not anymore!The pancakes won't come off until it's ready, resulting in the perfect pancake. Just make sure you season both sides and you'll be amazed at the results.I no longer dread making pancakes and don't have an excuse NOT to make them all the time! We're a breakfast for dinner type of family and this baby is constantly being used. Super easy to clean, too!Love, love, LOVE! ❤

First, you have to follow the instructions and season the pan. Then make sure you hand wash it. That won't be a problem, since the food just slides right out. There's hardly any mess. I use it for more than omelets. I take frozen vegetables and heat them in this. Fish sticks come out crunchy. The top lid really helps to seal the heat in and kind of makes a mini oven. I use it at least 3-4 times a week. And you don't have to worry about weird chemicals that non-stick pans release when they're heated.
