Where can I get the base for this so it can stand up on its own?

I could not find a base, so I bought white styrofoam balls, cut in half, and they held the flag perfectly and did not look tacky. Make sure you get the right diameter to hold flag. If you do not have a styrofoam cutter, use a sharp knife you have warmed. It will make a clean cut. I hope this hepls. I also had a luncheon, buying a Peace lily for each perso, put it at their place and put the flag in the plant's pot. It really looked nice.
