DO NOT BUY
This should not be referred to as a professional performance puppet. In the past I ordered the 30 inch bobby puppet and was pleased with its quality. That was not the case with this purchase. The eyebrows are extremely crooked and had visible hot glue around the edges. The eyes were off center on the face (Both eyes on the right side of the face.) And one was applied the wrong direction; with the top facing towards the right ear instead of properly towards the hairline. The puppet arrived with no eyelids. The picture shows eyelids. The head was also wonky, one side being noticeably larger than the other. This puppet appeared to have been made by someone with vision problems, or a faulty machine. Buy the Bobby puppet instead.

Good Enough
Decent enough quality for the money. The leg snaps are not very good at all two of them failed almost immediately. I was going to replace with Velcro anyway so not too big of a deal for me.

Mass-produced and not "professional"
For something described as a "professional puppet", I am disappointed with it. Biggest problem is the head, which is a solid block of foam with the mouthboard at the bottom - literally the very bottom; there is no filling under the lower mouthboard. As a result, the head is very top-heavy and, along with the fact that the mouth is very large (hinged quite far back), it's difficult to avoid flip-top (the top of the head being flung backward and forward) when performing with it. It's also difficult to make the puppet look upward, because the lower jaw's fabric connects directly to the throat and pulls tight. Another problem is that the material inside the puppet is a very slippery satin-y material, which makes the mouthboard difficult to grip for fine control (the mouth keeps slipping off my hand). Finally, the eyes are somewhat off-center on my puppet. It's a mass-produced puppet, but still I had hoped for better quality.
