TAC Tail Rear Light Guards Cover Protector Fit 2005-2014 Nissan Xterra TLG Black Taillight – 1 Pair

CONFIRMED fit on a 2015 Nissan Xterra. Simple and quick installation. Instructions DO call for drilling for a 3rd point of contact to the body, but many do not as the stock tail light mounting screws/bolts (10mm / 2 each side) provide sturdy attachments points. No need to disconnect the wire harness or anything else. My pair did not have any bent arms or fittings but these guards are easy to align and correct. These guards look VERY nice, mount securely, and are Highly Recommended!NOTICE: When removing the tail light assemblies, BE SURE TO PULL THEM STRAIGHT BACK (not at an angle or to any side/angle).

Sturdy, clean, stealthy.

Due to the side bracket that you have to add, the light will not fit back to factory installed position. I purchased separate flat head screws to reduce the gap as much as possible. They still look very nice and the guard sort of hides the gap.

These are very sturdy tail light guards and come with all the required tools/materials to complete the installation. NOTE - you will need to drill into the sheet metal of your Xterra but the holes are very small where you will secure provided screws into the light guards. Solid install and product. Highly recommend.

Got them today, installed in minutes. Fit great, and are nice and sturdy. Did not attach the side bracket, but as soon as I can I will get some longer 10mm bolts and lost the screws.

Is not easy to put on. I didn't like that I had to drill into the metal and the metal bracer for the outside didn't like up correctly and the instructions are horrible with how/where to place the bracer and what orientation. Product is on but I wouldn't expect it to protect my taillight.
