Beautiful soap. Love the tallow soap, feels good on my skin with no after residue. Lasts a long time and so happy with the natural ingredients. No chemicals like store bought soaps. Light scent, no over powering smells.

The smell and cleaning ability it absolutely wonderful. The ratios of everything seems right, and the scent combos are really wonderful and cohesive. I forgot which one(s) I bought but I love both. If you want to actually nourish your skin, you already got here by looking up tallow soap, so you already know that it's the good thing. This is a good version of tallow soap. A bit more expensive than if I made it myself, but that's the way it goes. It'll absolutely and fantastically work until I have time for that. It's worth the money, it's your skin.

First, I appreciate that this soap doesn’t have any masking fragrances. I don’t want to smell like a tea tree, or a lemon, or heaven forbid a Celtic Spring. So that rules out most of the drugstore soaps.This soap is made from beef, and while washing, it definitely smells like I’m rubbing my body with a ribeye. It’s not really pleasant, but the smell doesn’t linger.As for the washing, I have pretty oily skin and this soap is right in the sweet spot for me. I don’t feel like glycerin soaps clean me all the way, and Dr. Bronner’s literally makes my skin fall off. This soap leaves me feeling clean and refreshed, and doesn’t leave behind any oily films.If it weren’t for the ribeye before breakfast, I would give this five stars, but I’ll take off one for that. If that’s okay with you, I would recommend this soap.

I've bought and used various brands of tallow soap for over 5 years because it's a naturally derived and produced product. This brand produces is a very good quality product.I have extremely sensitive skin and this is the only soap with no added ingredients that I can tolerate. It's made similar to any homemade soap that uses lye, which cooks off during preparation so none is left in the final product (if you're not familiar with it, research the topic so you'll understand the process). I've never experienced any harshness in any of the different batches I've received so I appreciate the consistency of always being gentle on my skin. It has a faint scent of beef tallow which I find comforting; it's not a strong or aggressive scent in any way. I've never had an issue with any of the products, with the seller, or with delivery. I'm very satisfied with this product and will continue purchasing it in the future. Highly recommended!

I have been hearing all the buzz about the benefits of Tallow Soap, so I am giving it a try. So far, it seems to do the job of cleaning all my pieces and parts. It isn't drying to the skin; it is abrasive, so it will exfoliate while cleaning, and there is just a light scent to it. It is a little hefty on the price tag, but most things that aren't toxic come with a higher price tag.

So I got the patchouli/sea salt and the coffee/turmeric soaps. A decent review follows....- Packaging was quaint and simple and easy on the eyes.- Initial aroma from the package was lovely, especially the patchouli.- Colors are vibrant, and again, easy on the eyes.So the patchouli doesn’t lather consistently. That is a little odd, but initially out of the packaging I washed my hands and it didn’t lather at all. Literally.The coffee and turmeric lathered very well as soon as I rubbed it between my hands.Later that night I took a shower and decided to exfoliate and the patchouli lathered excellently, probably better than most soaps I have used, my mainstay being Stirling Soap Company, also a beef tallow soap. (Beef tallow is good for you by the way.) The next morning, I grabbed the bar out of the shower to wash my hands and again, no lather, literally. So not sure why that would happen, unless the soap is dry and unless you really work it over it doesn’t lather easily. 🤷‍♂️Haven’t showered with the coffee turmeric yet, but I expect the lather to be good as it was immediately upon rubbing wet between the hands.Price - for me, this is a VERY expensive soap for the amount that you get compared to others. I would be curious as to what sets this apart to command such a price?Cheers

I was skeptical at first because of a previous experience with another 100% tallow soap brand that didn’t really suds or clean very well. So this was a game changer! Very moisturizing but also very cleansing at the same time. It leaves my hands soft without any residue left behind or dryness. It suds decently well for having hard water, it produces a nice creamy lather. The scent is also nice, smells a bit like steak or a bbq or a bonfire, which I find nice and comforting personally. It’s not very strong or anything. Beautiful soap altogether. Will definitely be purchasing more!
