What length of cord do I need for the rocker

you need to purchase 2 packs of each of the two sizes to complete 1 chair. Use 1 long and 1 short size on each side of your chair to complete the lacing of the cords. 1 long cord is not long enough for a rocker.

Do the clips for the ends come w the cord?

I guess you call them clips. The ends of the string had a metal clip or rod whatever you call it. By the time you have the string routed through everything, it’s under a good bit of pressure. The clips crossed each other Nd keeps it in place.
