A True Non-Stick Pan!!
I was skeptical, but I really needed a new frying pan, so I thought I'd try this one. The red is beautiful. I've used it several times now. I wanted to pan-fry some fish fillets in a little butter, so I followed the directions and kept the flame very low while using butter in it. The fish came out PERFECT, moist and tasted very fresh. The best part - it slid right out of the pan!! I've also done boneless chicken breast, eggs and scrapple. They all slide right out. I just never put the flame up high. NEVER use non-stick spray it. It only takes a minutes to read the instructions and it's well worth it! I LOVE this pan.
