Sturdy and space saver
I got this for my daughter to cool her sugar cookies. Its sturdy, and takes up less space than individual cooling racks. It folds up for storage.

Buena compra de rejilla para enfriar
La calidad de los productos Wilton, en mi experiencia hasta ahora, es muy buena. Esta rejilla no es la excepción. Es resistente, con suficiente espacio, no estorba demasiado. Yo la usé para enfriar al mismo tiempo 30 galletas, 10 muffins grandes y dos panes de casi 1 kg cada uno y cupieron sin problemas. También la he usado para secar frutas y verduras, así como almacén temporal de despensa. La limpieza es la que es un poco tediosa, como en todos los artículos que tienen enrejado, pero es lo de menos. La recomiendo bastante.
